Refund policy

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Switzerland
Within 7 days of receipt you can conveniently and easily return items, generally at your own expense. Returns are not possible after this period. If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the new item to you free of charge. For a second exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Notes on returning kimonos, rashguards and shorts

  • Kimonos (BJJ gis) must not be worn during training, washed, or returned with removed labels. If kimonos are returned with a removed label, a deduction of 15 % will be made.
  • Rashguards and shorts must be returned in their original packaging.
  • If packaging is missing or a label has been removed, a deduction of 15 % will be made.

Personalized kimonos and belts

  • Kimonos and belts that have been printed or embroidered with a name or logo are considered personalized items.
  • Please carefully check size, color and the spelling of the name before ordering.
  • Personalized items are excluded from exchange and return – regardless of whether they have been worn or not.
  • Please note: a print on fabric can technically never be 100 % perfect. Small deviations may occur and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Care instructions for personalized kimonos

  • Wash inside out to protect the print/embroidery
  • Maximum 30 °C, gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry – air dry only
  • Do not iron on the print/embroidery (iron inside out, at low temperature only)
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Do not soak – prolonged contact with water can loosen the print
  • Wash kimonos separately from other garments to avoid abrasion
  • Be mindful of Velcro or zippers, as these can damage the print


-Please note that due to food safety we generally cannot accept food / supplements as returns; returns primarily concern clothing and accessories.

-Please note that for hygienic reasons products such as mouthguards, groin guards, Muay oil, Muay cream and similar items unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned because of their intended use.

Restocking fee:

  • If items are returned to us in less than perfect condition, we reserve the right to charge a handling or restocking fee of 35 %.
  • If the original packaging is missing, a handling or restocking fee of 15 % will be charged.
  • All sealed items for which the packaging is missing will be refunded with a deduction of 10 %. We ask that you order the correct size.

If more than half of all items ordered in a shipment are returned due to incorrect ordering, we also reserve the right to charge a handling fee.

  3. Send off your return
  4. After we receive the package we will credit the purchase amount to you within 14 days.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your package.
