📦 Shipping in Switzerland
We know what you want: when you order online, you want your package as quickly as possible. That’s why we ship all products in our online shop by default with PostPac Economy.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best every day to ensure your order reaches you quickly – 80% of our products are delivered within 3 days.

You can check the current delivery status at any time in your customer account.

Express shipping with Swiss Mond is recommended if you place your order by 15:00 – delivery will then take place the next working day.
Orders placed after 16:00 are dispatched the following day.

🌍 Shipping to Europe
International orders to Germany, Italy, France, Austria and Luxembourg are generally delivered within 10 days.

Note for customers in the EU
Our products are shipped from Switzerland. For deliveries to EU countries, additional costs may apply in the form of import VAT (e.g. 19% in Germany, 20% in France) and possibly handling fees charged by the carrier. These costs are borne by the recipient.
