CREATINE MONOHYDRATE FROM ALL STARS
Now from ALL STARS – pure creatine monohydrate powder in high-quality condition
WHAT IS CREATINE?
Creatine is one of the particularly popular active ingredients in supplements for fitness and strength training. It is a compound made up of the amino acids arginine, glycine, and methionine and is directly involved in supplying energy to the muscles. From an intake of 3 g of pure creatine per day, it supports general physical performance during high-speed strength training involving short-term, intense exertion. This has been confirmed by numerous tests, is recognized by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), and is an approved claim for products containing at least 3 g of pure creatine per daily serving.
INGREDIENTS OF THE NEW CREATINE MONOHYDRATE FROM ALL STARS
The unflavored powder consists of 100% creatine monohydrate. No additional bulking agents, preservatives, sweeteners, flavorings, or colorings have been added.
WHY CREATINE?
Creatine monohydrate is offered by numerous raw-material producers worldwide.
WHO CAN USE CREATINE SUPPLEMENTS?
Creatine, as an ingredient in various products or as a standalone supplement, has now become established in numerous sports. Previously used primarily by strength athletes and bodybuilders, it has now also found its way into other power-based sports as well as endurance sports and is used particularly during muscle-building phases in preparation for competitions by track and field athletes, cyclists, and team-sport athletes.
HOW IS CREATINE MONOHYDRATE USED?
For 1 serving, mix 3 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker and drink the well-shaken mixture with breakfast or before or after training. ALL STARS recommends taking it once daily over a period of 8–12 weeks. This should be followed by a four-week break from creatine supplementation.
Please note: Taking creatine monohydrate may lead to weight gain.
