Adjusting the Phantom Athletics Tactic Springseil is child’s play:
Open the cap of the handle. Stand with one foot in the middle of the rope and align the right handle at chest height. If both handles are at chest height, the rope length is already ideal for you. If the left rope is above the right, the rope needs to be shortened. Push the left rope through the handle. Mark the spot (chest height) with your fingers and slide the sleeve to that position. Press the sleeve firmly with pliers and cut off the protruding rope end. Now put both caps back on and you’re ready to go.
