Note before buying
Before buying, speak with your coach. Depending on the type of training, they can recommend the right model for you.
Tip
If you're between two sizes, choose the heavier option for sparring — for more protection.
The choice of glove size also depends on the intended use (intensity, frequency and type of training) as well as the desired level of protection.
Oz (ounce) is a unit of weight and describes the weight of the glove.
Heavier gloves offer more protection for you and your training partner than lighter versions.
Depending on the use, you can choose lighter gloves (e.g. B. 10 oz for competitions) or much heavier ones (e.g. B. 16 oz for partner training sessions), regardless of body weight.
