OPRO Platinum Mouthguard

The three-layer mouthguard from Opro features a durable outer layer for increased impact protection, a flexible inner layer for comfort and fit, and "Air Spacers" for maximum cushion effect with optimal protection. The Platinum mouthguard also includes the additional intermediate absorption layer.

Here the patented, unique lamella technology from Opro is used. Opro mouthguards contain no gel inside the shell; instead they have raised lamellae (fins). During fitting in hot water, these fins are spread by the teeth and wrap around the dentition to ensure maximum protection. This prevents excess gel — which in conventional mouthguards often escapes to the sides — from affecting fit and comfort.

The innovative stretch zones (three small notches distributed around the mouthguard edge) also allow the shell to expand for a wide jaw and contract for a narrow jaw. This ensures the perfect mouthguard for everyone.

Additionally, the Opro Platinum mouthguard is supplied with a patented "fork" to make it easy to lift the mouthguard from the hot water by its handle. The prongs on the handle also prevent you from biting through the mouthguard while fitting it, so you can bite down with maximum force to perfectly adapt the Opro Platinum to your teeth.
