In terms of fit, our women's Hybrid shorts run slightly smaller compared to most brands, so order one size up if you're unsure. Our famous Academy range - premium craftsmanship at an amazing price. Our Hybrid shorts are perfect for No-Gi rolling. The inner layer is made from a super-flexible Lycra to allow a full range of motion. The outer layer is a classic Progress boardshort cut. Complete with a durable elastic waistband combined with a drawcord for extra comfort. Roll with complete confidence and freedom. With Italian ink sublimation that never runs or fades, and the strongest Lycra material we've ever produced.

Washing
Although all our rashguards now feature anti-pilling technology, we always recommend washing your Progress shorts in cold water. If you must wash in hot water, please do not exceed 30 degrees. Do not use a tumble dryer; air dry instead. All our rashguards dry quickly, so they will be ready to use again after just a few hours.
