We worked hard to perfect our exclusive new women's short cut, and we couldn't be happier with the result. In terms of fit, our women's Hybrid Shorts run slightly smaller compared to most brands, so order one size up if you're unsure. Our famous Academy range - premium construction at an amazing price. Our Hybrid Shorts are perfect for No-Gi rolling. The inner layer is made from super-flexible Lycra to allow a full range of motion. The outer layer is a classic Progress boardshort cut. Finished with a sturdy elastic waistband combined with a drawcord for extra comfort. Roll with complete confidence and freedom. With Italian dye-sublimation that will never run or fade, and our strongest Lycra material we've ever produced.

We listened to requests for women-specific cuts, and the Academy+ is our first release of this new and improved fit. With the inner compression layer they're perfect for hard No-Gi rolling, and riding up is no longer an issue!

Washing
Although all our rashguards now feature anti-pilling technology, we always recommend washing your Progress shorts in cold water. If you must wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry; air dry instead. All our rashguards dry quickly, so they'll be ready to use again after just a few hours.
