In terms of sizing, our women's hybrid shorts run slightly smaller than most brands, so order one size up if you're unsure. Our famous Academy range—high-quality craftsmanship at an amazing price. Our hybrid shorts are perfect for No-Gi rolling. The inner layer is made from super-flexible Lycra to allow a full range of motion. The outer layer is a classic Progress boardshort cut. Complete with a durable elastic waistband combined with a drawstring for added comfort. Roll with complete confidence and freedom. Featuring Italian ink sublimation that will never run or fade, and our strongest Lycra material yet.

Washing
Although all our rash guards now feature anti-pilling technology, we always recommend washing your Progress Shorts in cold water. If you must wash them hot, please do not exceed 30 degrees. Do not use a tumble dryer; instead, let them air dry. All our rash guards dry quickly, so they will be ready to use again after just a few hours.
