The term “Creonte” was originally coined by Carlson Gracie and refers to someone who switches Jiu-Jitsu teams – something that used to be seen as a major betrayal and caused a stir in the Brazilian scene. Today it's much more common, but this design is a throwback to the legendary rivalries of the old BJJ teams.

Washing
Although all our rashguards now feature anti-pilling technology, we still recommend washing your Progress shorts cold. If you must wash hot, please do not exceed 30 degrees. Do not use a tumble dryer; let them air dry. All our rashguards dry quickly, so they’ll be ready to use again after just a few hours.
