The term “Creonte” was originally coined by Carlson Gracie and refers to someone who changes Jiu-Jitsu teams – something that was once considered a serious betrayal and caused a stir in the Brazilian scene. Today, this is much more common, but this design looks back at the legendary rivalries of the old BJJ teams.

Washing
Although all our rashguards now feature anti-pilling technology, we always recommend washing your Progress shorts in cold water. If you need to wash them hot, please do not exceed 30 degrees. Do not use a tumble dryer; let them air dry instead. All our rashguards dry quickly, so they will be ready to use again after just a few hours.
